Art Barr was one of the greatest Rudos(heels)in Lucha Libre history.Along side bestfriend Eddie Guerrero they formed Los Gringos Locos and forever changed wrestling.He died in 1994 right before he was destined to be a superstar along side Eddie.Eddie started using the frog splash to honor his bestfriend.Chris Jericho wrote a poem about Barr in his book.
